This policy applies to consumers who buy JIRI Pro. Free use and the free week cost nothing – there is nothing to withdraw from there. The subscription terms are in our terms of use.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded – the day you buy JIRI Pro in the App Store.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. As you pay through Apple, the refund is made through Apple to the payment method stored there.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period – for example by using JIRI Pro right after buying it – you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for the supply of services, the right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.
Fastest way to withdraw
- Email us at support@jiricombat.app – subject “Withdrawal”, with your fight name or your Apple account email and the purchase date.
- Or request the refund directly from Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com → “Request a refund” → JIRI COMBAT.
- Also cancel the subscription in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions so it doesn’t renew.
