Scope
These terms apply to the JIRI COMBAT app offered by Adelina Petras, Sankt-Anna-Straße 31, 41464 Neuss (“we”).
What JIRI is – and isn’t
JIRI is a digital training and nutrition companion for fighters. Plans, calorie estimates and coach answers are general recommendations, not medical advice. With pain, injuries, pre-existing conditions or eating disorders, see a doctor first. JIRI never recommends dangerous weight cutting (e.g. fluid restriction or sauna). You train at your own responsibility.
Account & age
You must be at least 16. Sign-in is via Apple or Google.
JIRI Pro & trial
JIRI Pro costs €8.99 a month or €59.99 a year incl. VAT; new users can try it free for 7 days with fair weekly limits. Purchase, renewal and cancellation run through Apple; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore purchases: if you switch iPhones or reinstall JIRI, tap “Restore purchases” in the app and your running subscription is linked to your account again. A subscription always belongs to one JIRI account; restoring it in another account moves it there.
Price changes: new prices apply only to future billing periods, never retroactively. Before an increase, Apple informs you and asks for your consent where required; if you don’t agree, your subscription ends at the end of the paid period.
League rules
No offensive, sexual, extremist or impersonating fight names; no harassment; no fake training entries. We may hide names and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Suspension
If you break these terms – for example the league rules or by misusing the coach – we may, depending on how serious it is, warn you, hide content or your fight name, limit features, or suspend your account temporarily or permanently, taking your legitimate interests into account. We tell you the reason by email, and you can reply if you think it’s wrong. You still cancel a running subscription through Apple.
AI content
JIRI’s answers are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Don’t misuse the coach; messages flagged by our safety filter are blocked and logged.
Liability
We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under product liability law; for slight negligence only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
Ending
Delete your account any time in the app; cancel an Apple subscription separately in iPhone Settings.
Final
German law applies; mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
